These Clients were looking to build a home on an un-developed property overlooking a mangrove habitat. The house and garage are raised above the flood plain with a parking courtyard at the same level as the entry. The house faces North to take advantage of the views and cross-breezes, while keeping their privacy from the neighbors. A modest size living area with large kitchen, large covered porch, Master Suite, and room for lots of books, takes up the main level. Upstairs are 2 guest rooms that share a bathroom. Designed as a Coastal-style home in Spring 2015. Re-designed as a Spanish Revival home in Fall 2015. Construction began Spring 2017, completed Spring 2018.
