The Clients loved the bones of this house, but wanted more outdoor spaces for entertaining friends and family, and just to enjoy each other's company in good weather. The design includes adding a front porch across the front, with arched openings which reflect the Mediterranean architecture, and a dining porch in the back, with a large patio at the same height.
